In the viral video, Julian Petroulas reveals his claim to land ownership in the Canggu area of North Kuta, Badung. “This is the largest land purchase of my life, 1.1 hectares. Julian has even planned to build various facilities on the land he claims.” In the video, he explicitly mentions plans to build a nightclub, paddle boarding house, gym, hotel, and even a strip club, even though the land is located next to a temple.
