Depok, BEDAnews.com – Komisi IV Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat berharap dari kegiatan hearing dialog terkait penangan sampah yang dilakukan bersama stakeholder dan unsur masyarakat yang didominasi oleh para relawan bank sampah Kota Depok, dapat menghasilkan solusi bagi penanganan sampah di Jawa Barat.
Demikian disampaikan Ketua Komisi IV DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat, Imam Budi Hartono saat melakukan Hearing Dialog dengan masyarakat Kota Depok, Jum’at (8/11/2019).
“Saya senang dengan kegiatan seperti ini, pembahasan bisa fokus. Tidak seperti reses. Ketika semua permasalahan disampaikan dengan dialog hearing ini kita fokus pada satu tema. Maka dengan ini mudah untuk menangani permasalahan yang saat ini terjadi dan dirasakan oleh masyarakat,” kata Imam.
Dengan berdiskusi melalui hearing dialog yang bertemakan pengelolaan sampah, sambil mensosialisasikan rencana akan digunakannya Tempat Pengolahan dan Pemrosesan Akhir Sampah (TPPAS) Regional Lulut Nambo, katanya.
Komisi IV berharap supaya (permasalahan) sampah di Jawa Barat ini bisa tertangani secara baik. Kota/Kabupaten yang tidak menangani secara baik seperti TPPAS nya sudah tidak bisa beroperasi dengan baik maka dibuatlah TPPAS Regional.
“TPPAS Regional ini proses pengelolaan sampah dilakukan secara modern, sehingga sampah ini tidak lagi menjadi momok tetapi dengn TPPAS Regional ini sampah akan dimanfaatkan menjadi sumber energi,” ujar politisi PKS ini.
Dengan TPPAS regional ini diharapkan keberadaannya dapat membantu proses pengelolaan sampah di setiap kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat dengan teknik pengelolaan yang lebih modern. @ril/her
